Under our refund policy you have up to 30 days after purchase to request for replacement or refund of the item in the case:
- If the new product has defects;
- If the product does not work;
- If the received product does not match the description or the wrong product was received that was ordered;
- As well as in other cases that are not an exception.
There are also exceptions, based on which we cannot provide you with a refund service or provide a replacement product.
- Exceptions include:
- Fully functional new products;
- Goods without the original packaging provided that they were delivered to the buyer in the package;
- Products without receipts or invoices or other documents confirming the purchase of goods in our store.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts by the fault of a buyer;
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund procedure rules
In the case of a return of the product, you must contact us via our email address with all the necessary documents confirming the purchase of the product in our store, as well as the reason for the return of the product. You must send the product to our address, after which you must confirm that the product was sent. You will be contacted by our Team who will assist you with your request for refund until the resolving of the issue.
The received items will be investigated, and based on the results, we will inform you about whether refund is possible or not. In the case if your request for refund will be approved, your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depends on your bank.
If you requested for replacement, and after investigation we approved this request, we immediately send you a replacement product for free.
